1. General

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below.
Do not steal, copy, edit, redistribute, or claim my artwork as your own.
I retain the intellectual copyright of all artworks, even if usage rights are sold.
My artwork may not be used for NFTs or any AI-related training purposes.

2. Payment & Refunds

All commissions start only after payment is received.

If you require editable source files (e.g., layered PSD), an additional 200% fee will apply.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are not available if delays are caused by the client (long response times, missing information, repeated changes, etc.).
• If I am unable to deliver the artwork on time due to my own responsibility, you may request a refund.

3. Workflow

The typical workflow is:

1. Draft
2. Coloring
3. Final Rendering

Details:

• Progress updates will be provided at each stage.
• Up to two free revisions are allowed during the draft stage.
• After coloring begins, only minor adjustments will be accepted.

4. Client Responsibilities

Please provide clear requirements and non-AI-generated references.
I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission if AI-generated or questionable references are provided.

5. Delivery & Usage

Final files will be delivered in PNG/JPG format unless otherwise agreed.

Usage Rights:

• Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
• I may post the artwork on my social media or portfolio unless you request confidentiality in advance.

6. Artist Rights

I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason.
I may cancel a commission if the client is rude, disrespectful, or makes unreasonable requests.
